Differences in pain, bleeding, and satisfaction during medical abortion at very early gestations

Very early medical abortion that is, abortion before confirmation of pregnancy location, is both safe and efficient. Compared to medical abortion after ultrasound visualization of an embryo, it is associated with less pain, shorter bleeding duration, and higher satisfaction. Thus, also patient‐oriented outcomes favor early abortion treatment.

Reproductive patterns and birth rates in acute leukaemia survivors: A Danish population‐based cohort study

Treatment‐related infertility is of great concern to younger long‐term survivors of acute leukaemia (AL). The literature on fertility outcomes in adult long‐term AL survivors is limited, mainly focused on stem cell transplantation or childhood leukaemia, with little information on the use of assisted reproduction technology.
