American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, 1933Summary 1.A study of the menstrual disturbances in 29 cases of simple achlorhydric anemia is reported. 2.Abnormalities of menstruation are found very commonly in this disease and constitute one of its most characteristic features. 3.Achlorhydria with idiopathic hypochromic anemia is pathognomonic of the disease.
