The Turkish Journal of Pediatrics, 1994 Mesenteric and omental cysts are infrequently encountered, benign, intraabdominal tumors. Nineteen new patients were analysed. The most common presenting symptoms were abdominal distension (74%) and abdominal pain (63%).
