We report a mesenteric localisation of aberrant pancreas identified during the assumption of responsibility of an abdominal emergency.A 26-year-old man was allowed with the urgencies for an acute obstruction of the small bowel.

The history and the symptoms are usually varied and not characteristic; the physical and roentgenologic findings, although suggestive, are never pathognomonic.
