The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Real-Valued Optical Matrix Computing with Simplified MZI Mesh
The Mach–Zehnder interferometer (MZI) mesh, a mainstream structure for optical matrix-vector multiplication (MVM), has been widely employed in recently developed optical neural networks (ONNs) and combination optimization problem solvers.

Towards optimal locality in mesh-indexings
The efficiency of many data structures and algorithms relies on "locality-preserving" indexing schemes for meshes. We concentrate on the case where the maximal distance between two mesh nodes indexed i and j shall be a slow-growing function ...

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...
