Solitary mesiodens in primary dentition

BMJ Case Reports
This article reports a rare case of a preschool-aged girl child with a supernumerary tooth in the maxillary anterior region between the primary central incisors. Clinical and radiographic evaluations confirmed the presence of a conical supernumerary tooth without any associated pathology or anomalies in the developing permanent dentition.
