Supernumerary teeth "mesiodens". Case report.

The supernumerary tooth is an anomaly of dental eruption that is not rare to find in the clinical practice. Among the supernumerary teeth the "mesiodens" is most frequent. The mesiodens is found in the region of the superior central incisors and it can be the cause of many complications.
