We introduce an additively manufactured bioreactor with a perfusion flow system and integrated temperature and pH sensors for skeletal muscle tissue biofabrication. The bioreactor's performance was evaluated by assessing the viability, spreading of the myoblast cells in a printed scaffold, and contraction of the isolated murine musculi interossei ...

Dynamics of water confined in mesoporous magnesium carbonate
We have measured the dynamics of water confined in a porous magnesium carbonate material, Upsalite®, using the high-resolution neutron backscattering spectrometer SPHERES. We found quasielastic scattering that does not flatten out up to 360 K, which means that the dynamics of water are much slower than in other matrix materials.

Turning Water Into a Tool: From Degradation Pathways to Functional Engineering in Halide Perovskites
Water exhibits a threshold‐dependent dual role in lead halide perovskites, acting either as a degradation trigger or as a powerful tool for defect passivation, recrystallization, and structural engineering. This review discusses how controlled water‐mediated interactions govern stability, dimensionality, and optoelectronic performance, providing ...
