A multidisciplinary study of invisible gold in arsenopyrite from four mesothermal cold deposits in Siberia, Russian federation

Economic Geology, 1998
Characterization of gold in four Siberian mesothermal gold deposits was done through a multidisciplinary investigation (including ore microscopy, INAA, SIMS, EPMA, and Au-197 Mossbauer spectroscopy). The deposits are Olympiada and Veduga in the Enisei Mountain Range and Nezhdaninskoye and Sentachan in the Verkhovansk-Kolyma area, in which vein and ...

Structural analysis of saddle reef folds at the mesothermal gold deposit, Port Dufferin, Halifax County, Nova Scotia

2000
The Port Dufferin gold deposit contains high-grade, low tonnage, coarse- grained (nuggety) gold-bearing quartz-pyrite-arsenopyrite vein mineralization within a complex structural setting. Veins occur in a series of ten stacked saddle reefs along a parasitic anticline adjacent to (immediately south of) the regional Crown Pillar Anticline.
