ABSTRACT Objectives Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common but often underrecognized complication in ischemic stroke patients undergoing mechanical thrombectomy, particularly among those with pre‐existing renal impairment. This study evaluated the incidence, risk factors, and clinical impact of AKI in this high‐risk population.

ABSTRACT Objective Neurochemical levels measured by brain MR spectroscopy (MRS) have been proposed as endpoints for clinical trials in early‐stage spinocerebellar ataxia (SCA) trials. We tested their trial‐readiness by quantifying neurochemicals in three affected brain regions in early‐stage cohorts of SCA2 and SCA3, examining their reproducibility in ...

The impact of radiometabolic features on the stage and survival in small cell lung cancer
BACKGROUND: Small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a highly aggressive malignancy with a poor prognosis. 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) plays a critical role in staging, as elevated FDG uptake is ...

Use of Metabolic Tumor Volume (MTV) in Patients with Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Abstract Introduction Positron emission tomography/Computed tomography (PET/CT) imaging is utilized for initial staging and response assessment in aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) but has been less useful for prognostic assessment.

Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery
A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.
