Five‐Year Unified Risk Prediction Model for Gastric and Esophageal Cancer Based on Nationwide Health Check‐Up Data in Japan: J‐GESS Score

open access: yesJournal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Volume 41, Issue 7, Page 2073-2081, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Background and Aim In Japan, gastric cancer (GC) and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) account for nearly all fatal upper gastrointestinal malignancies. The Paradox of Metachronous Lipoid Pneumonia

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports
ABSTRACTA 70‐year‐old female patient diagnosed with stage IV EGFR‐mutant non–small‐cell lung cancer experienced three distinct instances of exogenous lipoid pneumonia while undergoing chemotherapy. Chest CT consistently revealed ground‐glass opacities with a crazy‐paving pattern, and bronchoscopy confirmed the presence of lipid‐laden, CD163‐positive ...

open access: yesJBR-BTR : organe de la Societe royale belge de radiologie (SRBR) = orgaan van de Koninklijke Belgische Vereniging voor Radiologie (KBVR), 2000
We present the case of a 4-year-old girl who developed a metachronous osseous lesion of the left distal femur five months after successful surgical treatment of an eosinophilic granuloma in the left proximal femur. After treatment of the second lesion with curettage, no further recurrence occurred during a follow-up interval of 17 months.
