ABSTRACT Vaginal metastasis from colorectal cancer is extremely rare. We report the case of a 58‐year‐old postmenopausal woman with rectosigmoid adenocarcinoma and synchronous liver and vaginal metastases who initially presented with gastrointestinal symptoms followed by vaginal bleeding.
