Metal–organic framework coated paper substrates for paper spray mass spectrometry
Anal. Methods, 2016Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have emerged as novel materials owing to their inherent structural characteristics, i.e., a large surface area and a well-ordered porous structure, but there are no reports on their application to paper spray mass spectrometry.

Solar-powered atmospheric water harvesting (AWH) with metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) has been recognized as an attractive way to alleviate water shortage stress in rural arid areas given the naturally abundant solar energy. However, the existing solar-powered AWH technologies only allow a singular water production mode: either solar heating-driven AWH

Flexible and Free-Standing Metal–Organic Framework Nanowire Paper
ACS Applied Materials & InterfacesBeyond traditional paper, multifunctional nanopaper has received much attention in recent years. Currently, many nanomaterials have been successfully used as building units of nanopaper. However, it remains a great challenge to prepare flexible and freestanding metal-organic framework (MOF) nanopaper owing to the low aspect ratio and brittleness of MOF

The metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) nanozyme-mediated paper-based analytical devices (PADs) have shown great potential in portable visual determination of phenolic compounds in the environment. However, most MOF nanozymes suffer from poor dispersibility and block-like structure, which often prompts deposition and results in diminished enzymatic ...
