Metal–organic macrocycles, metal–organic polyhedra and metal–organic frameworks
Chemical Communications, 2009Metal-organic macrocycles (MOMs), metal-organic polyhedra (MOPs) and metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are metal-organic systems (MOSs) developed from appropriately designed ligands and selected metal ions. Metalladiazamacrocycles, a class of MOMs, are finite 2D MOSs formed from tricationic hexacoordinate metal ions and ditopic bridging ligands, N ...

“Clickable” Metal−Organic Framework
Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2008We demonstrated the metal-organic framework bearing the azide group in the organic linkers and in situ click reactions with some small alkynes. The XRPD patterns indicated that the click reaction proceeded without any decomposition of the original MOF network.

Accounts of Chemical Research
ConspectusMetal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs), as emerging porous crystalline materials, have attracted remarkable attention in chemistry, physics, and materials science. MOFs are constructed by metal clusters (or ions) and organic linkers through coordination bonds, while COFs are prepared by pure organic building ...
