Alkaline Phosphatase‐Activated NIR‐II AIEgens Nanosystem for Surgical and Postoperative Closed‐Loop Therapy of Advanced Osteosarcoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 16, 18 March 2026.
This study designed a tumor microenvironment‐responsive AIEgen nanoparticle for near‐infrared photoimmunotherapy, which inhibits primary tumors and metastasis by promoting pyroptosis and suppressing aerobic glycolysis. ABSTRACT In advanced osteosarcoma, tumor invasion often prevents complete resection, and immunotherapy is limited by the tumor's ...

Analysis and comparison of metal-oxide surge arrester models

open access: yesTechnology audit and production reserves, 2017
The objects of the research are: full and simplified dynamic models of surge arresters, as well as the model of surge arrester in the form of a nonlinear resistor. For the simulation of the voltage-current characteristics, in the latter case the approximation was used, describing by one expression both switching and lightning surge domain.

A Modular DNAzyme for Precise Visualization and Intervention of Alternative Splicing Isoforms in Live Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 18, 27 March 2026.
A Stringent dUPlex‐activated Error Robust (SUPER) DNAzyme system enables real‐time imaging of alternative mRNA splicing (e.g., Bcl‐xL/Bcl‐xS) in living cells via target‐triggered split‐DNAzyme reassembly and dual‐color fluorescence. It also achieves mRNA‐selective knockdown through DNAzyme‐based gene regulation, serving as a versatile tool for splicing

Deficiency of Tissue Nonspecific Alkaline Phosphatase Dysregulates Microglial Morphology and Function in a Mouse Model of Infantile Hypophosphatasia

open access: yesJournal of Neurochemistry, Volume 170, Issue 3, March 2026.
Using male and female tissue‐nonspecific alkaline phosphatase (TNAP) knockout (KO) and wild type (WT) mice, we show TNAP loss impairs growth and sensorimotor function and induces marked microglial morphological changes (enlarged soma, retracted processes).
