Assessing Proton Radiation Hardness of Antimony Chalcogenide Solar Cells
Solar RRL, Volume 10, Issue 6, 29 March 2026.This paper discusses the effect of proton radiation on the device performance of antimony chalcogenide solar cells. Sb2S3 and Sb2(S, Se)3 solar cells are exposed to two different proton energies (100 and 300 keV) with fluences ranging from 1011 to 1014 protons/cm2.
