Advanced Science, EarlyView.This work overcomes the long‐standing challenge of hydrophilic modification of silicone rubber via a gradient polarity modification strategy. By constructing a hydrophilic interpenetrating network within cured SR, simultaneous surface‐to‐bulk modification is achieved while enabling monitoring through a Eu3+ complex fluorescent tracer.

Engineering Oncolytic Virus‐Armed Macrophages for Enhanced Cancer Immunotherapy
Advanced Science, EarlyView.ZIFOA‐M is engineered by conjugating oncolytic adenovirus‐loaded ZIF‐8 nanoparticles onto macrophage surfaces via bioorthogonal chemistry. Upon tumor infiltration, the platform releases OA to downregulate CD47/CD24 on tumor cells, restoring macrophage phagocytosis.

Impedance‐Matched High‐Overtone Thickness‐Shear Bulk Acoustic Resonators With Scalable Mode Volume
Advanced Science, EarlyView.A bottom‐electrode‐free high‐overtone bulk acoustic resonator is achieved by lateral excitation of antisymmetric thickness‐shear modes on a lithium‐niobate‐on‐silicon platform. Planar electrode geometry eliminates conventional loading along the resonance path and confines acoustic energy within the electrode gap.
