Metallocene-containing conjugated polymers

Advances in Colloid and Interface Science, 2008
The paper gives a review of publications on polymers with conjugated matrices (PPy, PTh, PAni, hydrocarbon or mixed chains...) which incorporate metallocene complexes (Fe, Ru, Co; Ni, Ti, Zr, Ta) with two cyclopentadienyl ligands (Cp) and their derivatives, in particular with methylated cyclopentadienyl rings (Cp*), as well as hemi-metallocene ...

Water‐Soluble Metallocene‐Containing Polymers

Macromolecular Rapid Communications, 2016
Metallocenes are organometallic compounds with reversible redox profiles and tunable oxidation and reduction potentials, depending on the metal and substituents at the cyclopentadienyl rings. Metallocenes have been introduced in macromolecules to combine the redox‐activity with polymer properties.

Key intermediates in metallocene-and post-metallocene-catalyzed polymerization

Kinetics and Catalysis, 2007
The structures of intermediates formed upon the activation by methylaluminoxane (MAO) of a wide range of metallocene and post-metallocene catalysts of olefin polymerization were studied by 13C, 1H, and 19F NMR. For all metallocenes considered (L2ZrCl2 and L2TiCl2), under conditions similar to real polymerization conditions (Al/Zr > 200), two types of ...

Metallocene industriell

Supported Metallocene Catalysts

CATTECH, 2000
Single-site olefin polymerization catalysts have been researched extensively and are now achieving wide acceptance in the polyolefin industry. To achieve commercial significance in the majority of today's commercial processes, these soluble catalysts must be immobilized on a carrier.

BN-Perturbed Metallocenes

Comments on Inorganic Chemistry, 1985
Abstract 1,2-azaborolinyl systems (Ab) are derived from the well-known C5H5 ring (Cp) by substitution of two C atoms by the isoelectronic BN group. Like Cp, the Ab rings form a variety of sandwich compounds with transition metals. The BN-perturbation causes various structural consequences in the complexes.
