This review highlights recent advances in accelerating luminescence in nanostructures through cooperative emission, resonator coupling, and nonlocal light–matter interactions. By unifying concepts such as excitonic superradiance, superfluorescence, and the plasmonic Purcell effect, it reveals physical limits of ultrafast emission and their potential ...

This article proposes a symmetry‐protected bound states in the continuum mechanism based on borophene metamaterials, achieving dual‐band broadband coherent perfect absorption (CPA) in the near‐infrared spectrum. By dynamically modulating carrier concentration, the operational bandwidth of CPA can be significantly expanded, effectively overcoming the ...

Terahertz Chiral Recognition Based on Metasurfaces
A novel terahertz chiral sensing method based on a multilayer metallic metasurface is proposed. The left‐handed circularly polarized and right‐handed circularly polarized components in the linearly polarized illuminating light into two focal points and convert them back into linear polarization for convenient measurement.
