METAPLASTIC BREAST CARCINOMA: CASE SERIES
Introduction: Metaplastic breast carcinoma (MBC) is understood as a heterogeneous group of malignant tumors, which exhibits the transformation of part or its entire glandular carcinomatous component into a nonglandular component by means of epithelial and mixed mesenchymal differentiation.

Clinicopathological features of metaplastic breast carcinoma
Metaplastic carcinoma of the breast (MpBC) is defined as a group of heterogeneous malignant neoplasms that contain glandular and non-glandular components with mixed epithelial and mesenchymal differentiations. The aim of this study was to research the clinical and pathological characteristics of MpBC determining its rank among all breast cancers ...

Molecular pathology of phyllodes tumours of the breast—much more than MED12
Phyllodes tumours can develop from fibroadenomas bearing MED12 variants by the development of pTERT alterations (“MED12 pathway”) or de novo (“MED12 independent pathway”). Grade progression is associated with increasing genetic complexity including cancer driver gene aberrations. Molecular alterations can be useful in assigning grade and distinguishing

Carcinosarcoma of the Parotid With Osteosarcoma Component: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Carcinosarcomas of the salivary gland with osteosarcoma component are very rare, with only 17 cases reported. Despite multiple poor prognostic factors, our patient's outcome was favorable, highlighting the importance of early diagnosis and aggressive treatment in improving prognosis for this aggressive tumor variant.

METAPLASTIC BREAST CARCINOMA: ACASE REPORT
Metaplastic breast carcinoma is defined as a heterogeneous group of invasive breast cancercharacterized by differentiation of the neoplastic epithelium into squamous or mesenchymalcells with differentiation into spindle, chondroid, bone or other cells. It is a rare malignanttumor that represents lessthan 1% of breast cancers. It is an aggressive tumor,

ABSTRACT Background Atypical glandular cells (AGC) in cervical cytology, as defined by the Bethesda System, indicate nuclear atypia beyond reactive changes but without definitive features of malignancy. Although clinically significant because it prompts follow‐up procedures, no quantitative threshold exists for AGC diagnosis.

Matrix-producing metaplastic breast carcinoma – a rare tumor with heterologous elements
Metaplastic breast carcinomas are ductal carcinomas that undergo metaplasia into non-glandular growth patterns. They are very rare and account for less than 1% of all invasive breast carcinomas.

Inflammation and Cancer: Molecular Mechanisms and Therapeutic Targets
Chronic inflammation fuels tumorigenesis via “internal drivers” and “external attractions.” Targeting these core mechanisms with combined therapies/novel deliveries enables precise, potent anti‐inflammatory–antitumor treatment. ABSTRACT Inflammation is a core pathological factor regulating tumor initiation, progression, and therapeutic resistance, and ...

Magnetic resonance imaging characteristics and survival outcomes of metaplastic breast carcinoma.
ObjectiveMetaplastic breast carcinoma is a rare type of breast carcinoma, and there are limited data about the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings of metaplastic carcinoma. This study evaluates the MRI characteristics and prognostic outcomes across
