The Meteosat Dual-Channel Radiometer

The subject of the present lecture is the description of the dual-channel high resolution radiometer which is the main scientific payload of the French synchronous meteorological satellite Meteosat, which is to be flown in early 1975. This radiometer is now in development phase at Engins Matra, Velizy, under CNES contract.
