Analysis of method‐comparison data
Ophthalmic and Physiological Optics, 1994Method‐comparison studies, in which new‘candidate’techniques are compared with an established‘gold standard', feature commonly in optometric research. Investigators often analyse their findings using least squares regression. Pearson's product‐moment correlation coefficient and the paired t‐test.

Comparison of Hartmann analysis methods
Applied Optics, 2007Analysis of Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensors for the eye is traditionally performed by locating and centroiding the sensor spots. These centroids provide the gradient, which is integrated to yield the ocular aberration. Fourier methods can replace the centroid stage, and Fourier integration can replace the direct integration.

Comparison of Drug Dosing Methods
Clinical Pharmacokinetics, 1985The literature reviewed herein clearly demonstrates the poor correlation between drug dosing and the ability to achieve a specific serum drug concentration and between drug dosing and clinical response, especially for drugs with a narrow therapeutic index.

A multiple sequence comparison method
Bulletin of Mathematical Biology, 1993This article presents a new method for the comparison of multiple macromolecular sequences. It is based on a hierarchical sequence synthesis procedure that does not require any a priori knowledge of the molecular structure of the sequences or the phylogenetic relations among the sequences.

Method Comparison—A Different Approach
Annals of Clinical Biochemistry: International Journal of Laboratory Medicine, 1992The commonly accepted method of analysing data from method comparison studies is regression analysis, a method which has limitations. This study illustrates the use of a graphical presentation of data, the difference plot, which can be used as an alternative to least squares regression analysis.

A Comparison of Correlational Methods
Research Quarterly. American Association for Health, Physical Education and Recreation, 1971Abstract Attempts were made to determine if the use of rho, interval ranks, poly-nominal, or multiple correlation were more effective than the product-moment correlation technique in selected situations. Data used were 27 physical performance measures obtained from 76 male university subjects.

Comparison of Metacarpal Plating Methods
The Journal of Hand Surgery, 2008Most metacarpal fractures are stable and can be treated with nonsurgical stabilization. However, some metacarpal fractures are treated with open reduction and internal fixation because of an open fracture, instability, or multiple fractures. Newer plate designs have emerged that allow a shorter plate and screw construct.

Comparison of Mobile Input Methods
2016This paper presents the results of an experimental study that compared the usability of four different input methods in the context of smart phones with touch screen property. Twenty users were asked to fill in a questionnaire with four different input methods which were radio button, text field, spinner and button.

MESHFREE METHODS AND THEIR COMPARISONS
International Journal of Computational Methods, 2005In recent years, one of the hottest topics in computational mechanics is the meshfree or meshless method. Increasing number of researchers are devoting themselves to the research of the meshfree methods, and a group of meshfree methods have been proposed and used to solve the ordinary differential equations (ODEs) or the partial differential equations (
