An analytic method for the combinational effect
Folia Pharmacologica Japonica, 2009 薬物を併用した場合の相乗効果の評価を行う際に検定を用いることがあるが，薬物反応の理論的背景を考えると適切でない場合がある．受容体理論に従えば，薬物用量と反応値との関係は数式として記述することができる．2薬物が併用された場合も，受容体理論を展開し薬物用量と反応値との関係を数式化することができるため，薬物反応の理論に基づくデータ解析が可能である．今回紹介する解析手法は，効力の異なる2種類の部分作動薬あるいは余剰受容体がない完全作動薬が併用されたときに測定される反応値と理論的な反応値とを比較する手法である．本解析手法は実験データを理論式に非線形回帰させ反応を決定するパラメータを推定するものであるが，回帰させる理論式には相加効果からの解離度合いを示すパラメータが組み入れられている．なお ...
