International Journal of Cosmetic Science, EarlyView.In a cytokine‐challenged human epidermal model, trans‐resveratrol reduces inflammation (IL‐1α) and oxidative stress markers (CYP1A1, CYP1B1), while modulating the expression of barrier‐related genes (LOR, OCLN) and differentiation‐associated CASP14. This supports its role as a multifunctional active for sensitive and compromised skin.

International Journal of Cosmetic Science, EarlyView.GFF pretreatment enhances keratinocyte protection against oxidative stress by mitigating stress‐induced biomolecular changes and gene expression dysregulation. GFF‐pretreated keratinocytes maintain healthy epidermal biology post‐stress, preserving mitochondrial function and proliferative capacity.
