The composition of blends of 1,4,8,11‐tetramethyl‐6,13‐triethylsilylethynyl pentacene (TMTES) and polystyrene (PS) to be used in Organic Field‐Effect Transistors (OFETs) is optimized to achieve and enhance thin film crystallinity and a reduced charge trap density at the semiconductor/dielectric interface.

A Strategic Approach for Enhanced p‐Type Doping of WSe2 p‐MOSFETs Using an Atomic Oxidation Process

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A robust approach to p‐type doping in monolayer WSe2 is demonstrated using phase‐engineered WSeyOx / WSe2 / WSeyOx heterostructures formed via atomic oxidation. Self‐limited surface oxidation enables non‐destructive charge transfer doping while preserving intrinsic channel properties.

Bi2O2Se/Ta2NiSe5 Tunneling Heterojunction for High‐Performance, Polarization‐Sensitive, and Broadband Infrared Photodetector

An optimal dynamic balance between carrier lifetime and transit time is achieved in the Bi2O2Se/Ta2NiSe5 tunneling heterojunction, which simultaneously attains high responsivity (>103 A W−1) and a fast response time (≈5 µs). The specific detectivity can reach 3.75 × 1013 Jones at 633 nm and 1.8 × 1010 Jones at 1550 nm. Abstract New technologies such as
