Germa‐Michael Addition: Substratbreite, Mechanismus und Zugang zu Biokompatiblen Wasserlöslichen Typ‐I‐Photoinitiatoren

Wir beschreiben die erste Germa‐Michael‐Addition zur Synthese eines wasserlöslichen Germanium‐Photoinitiators mit hoher Initiierungseffizienz, Stabilität und geringer Zytotoxizität. Ein NHS‐Ester eröffnet Möglichkeiten zur Biokonjugation, während doppelte Additionen das Funktionalisierungsspektrum erweitern.
