Regular PI metric flows are equicontinuous [PDF]
Let ( X , T ) (X,T) be a metrizable minimal flow. We show that a homomorphism X → π Y X \stackrel {\pi }{\to } Y , which is regular, and PI can be decomposed as

Clinically Relevant Outcome Measures in Women With Adrenoleukodystrophy
ABSTRACT Adrenoleukodystrophy is a rare inherited peroxisomal disease caused by pathogenic variants in the ABCD1 gene located on the X chromosome. Although the most severe central nervous system and adrenal complications typically affect only men with adrenoleukodystrophy, the majority of women develop myeloneuropathy symptoms in adulthood.

Outside Forces: “Autumn Leaves” in the 1960s
Is there a problem of form in the jazz tradition? Does the reliance upon repeated 32-bar frameworks create an unavoidable formal, harmonic, and metric redundancy? How do jazz improvisers transcend or evade this cyclic regularity?

CSF Monoamine Metabolites and Cognitive Trajectory in Early Parkinson's Disease
ABSTRACT Background Imaging and postmortem studies indicate that abnormalities in monoaminergic neurotransmission contribute to cognitive impairment in Parkinson's disease (PD). However, it remains uncertain if cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) monoamine metabolites can serve as biomarkers of cognitive decline in early PD.

Regularity for Lorentz metrics under curvature bounds [PDF]
Let (M, g) be an (n+1)-dimensional space–time, with bounded curvature, with respect to a bounded framing. If (M, g) is vacuum, or satisfies a weak condition on the stress-energy tensor, then it is shown that (M, g) locally admits coordinate systems in which the Lorentz metric g is well-controlled in the (space–time) Sobolev space L2,p, for any p<

Objectives There is growing interest in evaluating new strategies to delay or prevent post‐traumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA) in individuals who have sustained anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. This study sought to determine characteristics of potential treatments that are acceptable to patients with ACL injury.

TheN *-metric completion of regular rings
We have two main objectives in this paper. Let R be a unit regular ring (the standard reference is [G1]); R admits a pseudo-metric topology, and the completion, denoted S, is called the N*-completion of R. We study the relations between R and S, complementary to a recent article of Goodearl on N*-complete regular rings. The rings R, S are representable

Objective This systematic review aimed to assess the diagnostic accuracy of algorithms used to identify rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis in electronic health records. Methods We searched Medline, Embase, and Cochrane Central Register for Controlled Trials databases and included studies that validated case definitions against a ...

Strongly nonlinear potential theory on metric spaces
We define Orlicz-Sobolev spaces on an arbitrary metric space with a Borel regular outer measure, and we develop a capacity theory based on these spaces. We study basic properties of capacity and several convergence results.
