Advanced Science, EarlyView.A conformal ALD‐IGZO vertical RRAM integrates volatile and nonvolatile switching within a compact 2F architecture. Before forming, tunable volatile dynamics provide fading‐memory reservoir states, while after forming, stable multilevel conductance modulation enables hardware readout.

Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.A novel strategy for achieving high current density in van der Waals (vdW) heterostructure‐based light‐emitting devices (LEDs) is proposed. Based on this concept, an LED utilizing a WS2/WSe2 heterostructure was fabricated, achieving a current density of 9.4 × 104 A/cm2.

High‐Performance Noble‐Metal‐Free Perovskite Solar Cells Enabled by MoOX/Cr/Al Multilayer Electrodes
Advanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.Cost‐effective perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are developed using a noble‐metal‐free MoOX/Cr/Al multilayer electrode. The devices achieve a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 25.6%, competitive with that of Au‐based devices (26.3%), and a 25.5 cm2 mini‐module shows 21.3% PCE.
