Hydrogen‐Stabilized Self‐Rectifying Memristor Arrays for Reliable Multilevel Synapses in Transformer‐Based Keyword Spotting

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A non‐filamentary self‐rectifying HfO2/TiOx resistive random‐access memory integrates H2 annealing with an incremental step pulse with verify algorithm to achieve stable and linear analog conductance modulation. The device enables low‐current 6‐bit multilevel operation while suppressing sneak current in crossbar arrays. Implemented in Transformer‐based

Hierarchical Multi‐Mode Computing in Interlayer‐Coupled 3D RRAM Crossbar Arrays

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
2‐deck RRAM crossbar array provides a versatile hardware platform for multifunctional in‐memory computing. Stacked, series, and entropy node configurations enable multi‐layer conductance modulation, logic‐in‐memory operation, genetic learning, and reconfigurable physical unclonable functions.

Coexisting Volatile and Nonvolatile Switching in 3D ALD‐IGZO Vertical RRAM for Fully Hardware‐Based Wide Reservoir Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A conformal ALD‐IGZO vertical RRAM integrates volatile and nonvolatile switching within a compact 2F architecture. Before forming, tunable volatile dynamics provide fading‐memory reservoir states, while after forming, stable multilevel conductance modulation enables hardware readout.

Van der Waals Heterostructures for Next‐Generation Spintronics: Multiferroic‐Mediated Magnetoelectric Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
As CMOS technology approaches fundamental energy limits, new paradigms for low‐power information processing are required. Magnetic systems are attractive for their spin transport, yet current‐induced magnetization control is energy inefficient. Multiferroic heterostructures enable energy‐efficient electric field manipulation of magnetism.

Repurposing FDA‐Approved Drugs to Inhibit Fungal PPTases for Broad‐Spectrum Synergy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Fungal secondary metabolites serve as crucial virulence effectors; however, the potential of their biosynthetic pathways as antifungal targets remains inadequately comprehended. Repurposed FDA‐approved drugs inhibit fungal PPTase (essential for secondary metabolism) in vivo.
