The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Development of human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 by yeast display
Human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 are generated by yeast display‐guided selection. These antibodies bind to soluble and cell‐surface forms of TARM1. Also, these antibodies exhibit agonistic activity in the NFAT‐GFP reporter assay, indicating that TARM1 signaling can be functionally modulated by antibodies and suggesting TARM1 as a potential ...

A Complexation‐Mediated Diffusion‐Limited Growth (CMDLG) framework is established to rationalize the anisotropic growth of lead‐free perovskites. Integrating coordination chemistry with mass transport kinetics, this study theoretically derives and experimentally validates that stable iodocuprate complexes induce a diffusion‐limited regime.

Determinants of Policy Diffusion in Brazil and the U.S.
This paper comparatively examines two highly decentralized federations, namely Brazil and the United States (U.S.) The study uses a combination of methods to determine which mechanisms explain the spread of metropolitan regions (Brazil) and the growth of

Speckle‐Engineered Upconversion Amplification in Nanoemulsion‐Templated Hydrogel Microdomes
Nanoemulsion‐confined PEGDA microdomes generate speckle‐like excitation fields that strongly amplify upconversion luminescence upon dehydration, enabling filter‐free visible readout with reversible on–off switching. DMD‐based lithography yields scalable, shape‐programmable arrays for moisture‐responsive displays and optical encryption.

Aspect-based sentiment classification with BERT and AI feedback
Data augmentation has been widely employed in low-resource aspect-based sentiment classification (ABSC) tasks to alleviate the issue of data sparsity and enhance the performance of the model. Unlike previous data augmentation approaches that rely on back

Evidence for Itinerant Ferromagnetic Flat Bands Producing Large Transverse Responses
Itinerant ferromagnetic flat bands are demonstrated in GdCo5 with a high Curie temperature of 940K, a stacked honeycomb–kagome lattice, through angle‐resolved photoemission spectroscopy and magneto‐thermoelectric measurements. These topological flat bands generate large Berry curvaturte, producing gigantic anomalous Nernst effect with record‐high ...
