False discovery rate‐controlled multiple testing for union null hypotheses: a knockoff‐based approach

open access: yesBiometrics, Volume 79, Issue 4, Page 3497-3509, December 2023., 2023
Abstract False discovery rate (FDR) controlling procedures provide important statistical guarantees for replicability in signal identification based on multiple hypotheses testing. In many fields of study, FDR controling procedures are used in high‐dimensional (HD) analyses to discover features that are truly associated with the outcome. In some recent

Dimension‐independent Markov chain Monte Carlo on the sphere

open access: yesScandinavian Journal of Statistics, Volume 50, Issue 4, Page 1818-1858, December 2023., 2023
Abstract We consider Bayesian analysis on high‐dimensional spheres with angular central Gaussian priors. These priors model antipodally symmetric directional data, are easily defined in Hilbert spaces and occur, for instance, in Bayesian density estimation and binary level set inversion.
