Stroke is a leading cause of long-term disability worldwide, necessitating efficient motor function assessment to guide personalized rehabilitation. The Fugl–Meyer Assessment for the Upper Extremity (FMA-UE) is a clinical gold-standard tool, but it is time consuming and requires trained clinicians, which limits its frequency of use and accessibility ...

Autism Spectrum Disorder Among Gender‐Diverse Children and Adolescents: A National Cohort Study
ABSTRACT Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is more prevalent in transgender and gender‐diverse (TGD) individuals than in the general population, yet the specific developmental pathways within and clinical outcomes of this intersection are insufficiently understood.

Many clinical stroke rehabilitation studies have adopted the upper extremity motor section of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA-UE). In addition, some clinical studies use specific FMA-UE scores as inclusion criteria. However, it remains unclear whether it is appropriate to determine the criterion based on the total score of FMA-UE.

ABSTRACT Cortical thickness (CT) differences between autistic individuals (AI) and neurotypical controls have been consistently reported, yet the neurochemical mechanisms underlying these differences remain insufficiently understood. Neurotransmitter receptor systems exhibit distinct spatial distributions across the cortex and influence synaptic ...

We establish several comparison theorems for the transition probability density Pb(x, t, y) of Brownian motion with drift b, and deduce explicit, sharp lower and upper bounds for Pt,(x, t, y) in terms of the norms of the vector field b. The main results are obtained through carefully estimating themixed moments of Bessel processes.

Aim The aim of this study was to develop a novel workflow to identify human urine biomarkers for drugs of abuse and new psychoactive substances. Metabolites of amphetamine, cocaine, LSD, MDMA, methamphetamine, THC, MDMB‐CHMICA, and MDPPP were first identified in a zebrafish embryo (ZE) metabolism study followed by comparison to most abundant human ...

Affinity Peptides With pH Sensitivity for the Enrichment of CD38+ Cells
ABSTRACT The selective enrichment of cell populations based on surface markers is critical for the advancement of gene and cell therapies. Current antibody‐based cell isolation methods, such as fluorescence‐ and magnetic‐activated cell sorting (FACS and MACS), offer high specificity but are limited by scalability, cost, and potential adverse effects on

Influence of Zn2+ and Oxygen Supply on Malic Acid Production and Growth of Aspergillus oryzae
ABSTRACT Malic acid is a valuable platform chemical traditionally derived from fossil‐based resources. Microbial cultivation with Aspergillus oryzae offers a sustainable alternative based on renewable feedstocks. In this study, a well‐established minimal medium for malic acid production, commonly used in previous research to ensure reproducibility, was
