High Charge Carrier Mobility in Non‐Conjugated 3D Covalent Organic Frameworks
A non‐conjugated 3D COF constructed via boronate ester linkages from tetraphenylene and pyrene‐based monomers is reported, which exhibits a high charge carrier mobility of 14 ± 1 cm2 V−1 s−1. ABSTRACT π‐Conjugation, π–π stacking, and long‐range order play a central role in determining charge transport efficiency in organic materials.

Low‐power ferroelectric capacitors, based on superlattice HfO2‐ZrO2 is reported. With proper tuning of ferro and antiferroelectricity, an imprint‐free high switchable polarization charge (2Pr of 76 µC/cm2) is obtained with 2MV/cm leading to linear analog weight update and non‐volatile retention, providing a design guideline for emerging non‐volatile ...

Jamming transition in a homogeneous one-dimensional system: the Bus Route Model
We present a driven diffusive model which we call the Bus Route Model. The model is defined on a one-dimensional lattice, with each lattice site having two binary variables, one of which is conserved (``buses'') and one of which is non-conserved ...

The HfxZr1‐xO2‐based ferroelectric/antiferroelectric bilayer capacitor exhibits morphotropic‐phase‐boundary behavior with a high dielectric constant (∼52) at 2 V. Phase engineering stabilizes o/t‐phase coexistence and suppresses m‐phase formation, enabling capacitance enhancement and self‐optimization under cycling for scalable low‐voltage, high‐κ ...

Increasing the Q-factor of resonant cantilevers in magnetic force microscopy through helium gas flow
To obtain high-resolution magnetic force microscopy (MFM) images, it is essential to have a cantilever with a high-quality factor. However, conventional vibrating cantilevers typically have quality factor values in the range of a few hundred, which ...
