We demonstrate tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) ratios of up to 631% at room temperature (RT) using CoFe/MgO/CoFe(001) epitaxial magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs). The TMR ratio increased up to 1143% at 10 K.
