Genes associated with endometriosis risk are highly expressed in M2 macrophages, particularly ligands IL1A and IL1B. Endometrial‐type epithelium and stroma are likely recipients of these ligands. While IL1B treatment disturbs epithelial organization, blockage of the signaling results in a dose‐dependent decrease in spontanesous and evoked pain, reduces

Engineered Foxp1high Exosomes Ameliorates Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
This study presents a dual‐engineering strategy combining mesenchymal stem cell aggregation and Foxp1 overexpression to generate Foxp1high aggregation exosomes with enhanced immunomodulatory properties. These engineered exosomes exhibit immune organ targeting and superior efficacy in systemic lupus erythematosus treatment by promoting Treg ...

The authors find that by targeting intratumoral copper, they can enhance p62‐mediated ubiquitination of EZH2 at the Ub‐K63 site by suppressing copper binding to SMURF2, an E3 ligase of EZH2, leading to its autophagic degradation. This mechanism suppressed OSCC progression and potentiated anti‐PD‐1 immunotherapy, highlighting a potential new therapeutic

Type I Interferon Signaling Augments Autoimmunity in Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder
The cGAS‐STING innate immune pathway is excessively activated both in peripheral monocytes and CNS microglia in patients with NMOSD, leading to an overproduction of IFN‐I. IFN‐I subsequently acts on AQP4‐specific autoreactive T cells. Blocking this pathway may offer novel therapeutic options for individuals with NMOSD.

Osteoblast‐CD4+ CTL Crosstalk Mediated by SIRT1/DAAM2 Axis Prevents Age‐Related Bone Loss
In the osteoblastic niche, SIRT1 activates and recruits CD4+ CTLs by increasing DAAM2 expression via EZH2 deacetylation and boosting the secretion of key chemokines, such as CCL3, CCL5, and CXCL10. Then, CD4+ CTL directly eliminates senescent osteoblasts in an MHC‐II‐dependent way, thereby slowing down the process of bone ageing and effectively ...
