Advanced Materials Interfaces, Volume 13, Issue 5, 4 March 2026.Flexible carbon nanotube chemoresistors detect NH3 through charge‐transfer interactions directly revealed by in situ synchrotron X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Binding‐energy shifts of ≈1 eV correlate with resistance changes, demonstrating that intra‐CNT charge transfer between NH3 and CNTs is the dominant sensing mechanism.
