Micmac strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duch.) is a mid-late selection from the cross Tioga × K61-87. In Nova Scotia, fruit yield, fruit size, firmness, appearance and frozen quality of Micmac compare favorably with those of the standard cultivars Redcoat and Bounty.
