This work develops polyacrylamide‐alginate (PAM‐Alg) double‐network hydrogel fibers for multimodal perception and intelligent human‐machine interfaces. The covalent‐ionic network provides high strength, toughness, and stable conductivity. Easily woven into wearables and integrated with soft robots, the fibers enable object and temperature recognitions ...

Application of Ibuprofen Sodium Dihydrate for Thermochemical Energy Storage
Ibuprofen sodium dihydrate is introduced as a durable organic salt hydrate for low‐temperature thermochemical energy storage, operating within 60°C–110°C with high energy density. At the material level, it delivers ∼99.9% cycling efficiency over 150 cycles without deliquescence, enabled by a dual energy‐storage mechanism coupling dehydration and phase ...

Modelling Micro-cracking Behaviour of Pre-cracked Granite Using Grain-Based Distinct Element Model
In this paper, the micro-cracking behaviour of pre-cracked Barre granite is investigated using a grain-based distinct element model (GBM). We investigated and demonstrated a cohesive model in a distinct element code, PFC2D, to mimic the elastic and ...

This work explores the possibility to design stable periodic magnetization textures by transforming a 2D film into a rolled‐up 3D architecture and back. In case of an isotropic exchange‐biased layer architecture, the magnetization encoded in the 3D state evolves into a spin‐spiral pattern with controlled periodicity after unrolling.
