Nanoscale Optical Inhomogeneities From Compositional Segregation Within Individual GaN‐on‐Si Quantum Wells

This work visualizes local variations in luminescence and relates them to nanoscale chemical inhomogeneities in single InxGa1−xN quantum wells.
