Linear Variable Filter‐Based Wide‐Field Hyperspectral Camera for Multiplex Immunoplasmonics Imaging

open access: yesJournal of Biophotonics, Volume 19, Issue 8, August 2026.
A compact LVTF‐based wide‐field hyperspectral camera integrated with reflected light microscopy enables rapid, high‐resolution imaging of plasmonic nanoparticles on cells. The system improves spatial resolution, signal‐to‐noise ratio, and acquisition speed over push‐broom methods, achieving accurate multiplex nanoparticle classification (97% F‐score ...

Raman Line Scan Analyses and a New Hypothesis for the Formation of Anatase‐Hosting Microbialites: Study of the Stromatolites From Saint‐Jean‐de‐la‐Rivière, Cotentin, France

open access: yesJournal of Raman Spectroscopy, Volume 57, Issue 8, Page 1463-1480, August 2026.
Micrometer analysis of millimeter lines of Raman spectra concludes in the association of anatase and graphitized organic matter (graphogen). The photosynthetic microorganisms at the origin of the microbialites produce O2, which is transformed by TiO2 into reactive species that, in turn, decompose the organic matter of the microorganisms. Black Phosphorus/Ferroelectric CuInP2S6 Heterostructures Empowering Nonvolatile Photonic Convolutional Computing

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, Volume 20, Issue 16, 21 August 2026.
ABSTRACT The growing demands of artificial intelligence require new energy‐efficient and nonvolatile computing paradigms. To meet this challenge, we demonstrate a foundational device platform for optical fiber computing that targets the signal decay and power consumption bottlenecks of conventional systems.

Engineering Disordered Many‐Particle Plasmonic Nanoclusters for Wafer‐Scale Uniform and Giant Electromagnetic Field Enhancement

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, Volume 20, Issue 15, 7 August 2026.
This work presents a lithography‐ and etching‐free dewetting strategy that assembles many‐particle gold nanostructures into uniform plasmonic substrates at the wafer scale. By forming satellite nanoparticles between larger ones, the method achieves giant and highly reproducible electromagnetic enhancement.

A 0.7 to 30 GHz Coplanar Vivaldi Antenna

open access: yesMicrowave and Optical Technology Letters, Volume 68, Issue 8, August 2026.
ABSTRACT In the literature there are multiple Vivaldi antenna designs that have a wide impedance bandwidth; however, the usable bandwidth is often limited by pattern degradation at the higher frequencies of the band. This paper presents the design and implementation of a coplanar Vivaldi antenna with a 42.9:1 usable bandwidth ratio (0.7–30 GHz).
