Development of micro pump with micro fins
2010 IEEE 5th International Conference on Nano/Micro Engineered and Molecular Systems, 2010Micro diffuser/nozzle pump are widely used in µTAS. As the diffuser/nozzles are the key parts for micro diffuser/nozzle pumps, this paper reports a novel method for improving the flow efficiency by adding micro/nano fins on its sidewall. The fins are arranged on the sidewall in the diffuser direction.

Owing to their large volumes, conventional sensors can only be used to evaluate the outfield of a reformer and the inlet or outlet of a fuel gas cylinder.

Nature, 1952SOME convenient glass micro-forceps are shown in Fig. 1. Type I are opened by their own resilience and closed by means of a tube fitting around them. In type II the reverse action is shown, closing being effected by resilience and opening by the force of a ball and rod. The two branches of the forceps are fixed in a tube of 1.5 mm.

WCMNM 2018 World Congress on Micro and Nano Manufacturing, 2018The present study explores the design of an effective process chain that combines micro Abrasive Waterjet (micro-AWJ) and micro Wire Electro Discharge Machining (micro-WEDM) technologies. An experimental spring component is chosen as leading test case, since fine geometric features machining and low roughness on the cut walls are required.
