We introduce a capillary‐filtering‐based particle‐filling (CFPF) process that simultaneously forms vertical thermal pathways and electrical vias within µ‐pores. In situ microfluidic analysis reveals that capillary‐driven velocity gradients generate vorticity that governs µ‐platelet rotation and vertical alignment.

Application of Ibuprofen Sodium Dihydrate for Thermochemical Energy Storage
Ibuprofen sodium dihydrate is introduced as a durable organic salt hydrate for low‐temperature thermochemical energy storage, operating within 60°C–110°C with high energy density. At the material level, it delivers ∼99.9% cycling efficiency over 150 cycles without deliquescence, enabled by a dual energy‐storage mechanism coupling dehydration and phase ...

Toughening Effect of Micro-Cracks on Low-Temperature Crack Propagation in Asphalt Concrete
Asphalt concrete has a unique low-temperature fracture mechanism due to the complex interaction between macro- and micro-cracks. This study investigated the toughening effect of micro-cracks on the crack propagation behavior of asphalt concrete at low temperatures. The Taylor model was applied to establish a modulus damage model of asphalt concrete. In

Co‐delivery of electrosprayed EDOT and oxidant enables bulk oxidative polymerization during layer‐by‐layer fabrication, creating stable, highly conductive 3D PEDOT structures. This Atomized Oxidative Polymerization (AOP) overcomes the surface deposition‐only and matrix‐limited conductivity of conventional Vapor Phase Polymerization (VPP) and PEDOT:PSS ...

Analysis of Surface Crack Propagation Considering the Effect of Micro-separations [PDF]
In the TMCP steels rolled at the finishing temperature in austenite-ferrite region by the Non-AcC type TMCP method, it becames clear that the fatigue fracture surface had a lot of micro-separations, and fatigue crack propagation was prevented by micro ...
