Quorum Sensing Inhibits Type III‐A CRISPR‐Cas System Activity Through Repressing Positive Regulators SarA and ArcR in Staphylococcus Aureus

This study proposes a novel model illustrating how quorum sensing (QS) regulates the type III‐A CRISPR‐Cas system in Staphylococcus aureus. The QS regulator AgrA suppresses CRISPR‐Cas activity by downregulating the transcriptional regulators SarA and ArcR.

Microfluidic Biochip‐Based Multiplexed Profiling of Small Extracellular Vesicles Proteins Integrated with Machine Learning for Early Disease Diagnosis

This study develops a diagnostic platform for early detection of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) by integrating a barcode immunoassay biochip with machine learning. The biochip captures and analyzes small extracellular vesicle proteins from serum samples, identifying nine biomarkers linked to ESCC.

CXCR1 Depletion in Ly6C+ cDC2 Alleviates Acute Lung Injury via Modulation of Th17/Treg Balance

Pro‐inflammatory Ly6C⁺ cDC2s are identified as key effector cells mediating Cxcr1 signaling, driving the progression of ALI. This study provides a volumetric engineered 3D drug reservoir to combat diabetic implant infection. Cu‐doped quantum dots induce cuproptosis‐like bacterial death via metabolic collapse, while glucose oxidase triggers hunger‐triggered mitochondrial protection in host cells.
