This seminal study highlights the interwoven and tightly regulated functions of brain‐derived extracellular vesicles. Using microfluidics, proteomics, and AI‐based electric signal analyses of cortical brain explants, this work provides a useful resource dataset revealing the composition of human brain‐derived extracellular vesicles obtained from ...

This study investigates the role of PACS‐2 in IDD, demonstrating that it suppresses the nuclear translocation of SP1, thereby downregulating its downstream target LRRK2. This reduces LRRK2‐mediated ubiquitination and degradation of Mfn2 through the JNK pathway, preserving MAM integrity and promoting NPSC survival.

Soybean Auxin Transporter PIN3 Regulates Nitrate Acquisition to Improve Nitrogen Use and Seed Traits
Xu et al. discovers that switching off auxin transporters in soybean, PIN3a and PIN3b, disrupts auxin flow; this triggers ARF‐STF3/4 signal cascade to activate the nitrate importer NPF2.13 and soil nitrogen acquisition. Multi‐year field trials show edited soybeans maintain yield with higher oil content, offering a potential genetic route to improve ...

A post‐stroke perivascular niche of microglia characterized by low expression of M2 markers and elevated glycolysis, oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), and phagocytic activity is identified, which is termed stroke‐activated vascular‐associated microglia (stroke‐VAM).
