Single Atoms Induced Electron Transfer and Spin Polarization for High‐Performance Asymmetric Supercapacitors

open access: yesCarbon Energy, EarlyView.
Contributed by the introduction of Cu SAs, extra electron transfer, and spin polarization to Cooh can be induced for optimizing electronic structure, contributing to fast electron conduction, enhanced capacitive reactions and accelerated ion diffusion. ABSTRACT Features of low cost and high theoretical capacity render transition metal oxides (TMOs) as ...

A Co‐Designed Implicit‐Reset Path PFD and Current Mismatch Compensated CP Enabling Sub‐0.5% Mismatch and Dead Zone‐Free for Low‐Spur PLLs

open access: yesInternational Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, EarlyView.
A co‐designed implicit‐reset phase‐frequency detector (PFD) and nonlinear amplifier‐assisted charge pump (CP) achieve dead zone‐free operation from 10 MHz to 4.7 GHz with < 0.5% current mismatch without calibration, enabling −80 dBc of reference spur and 0.50 ps of RMS jitter in a 180 nm of CMOS PLL.

Backward Plasma Acceleration of Aluminum, Copper, Silver, and Tantalum Ions From 1010 up to 1015 W/cm2 Pulse Laser Intensity

open access: yesContributions to Plasma Physics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Measurements of ion acceleration in laser‐generated plasma obtained at intensities from 1010 up to 1015 W/cm2 using IR laser ablation of aluminum, copper, silver, and tantalum in high vacuum are presented. At low intensity, data were acquired from the MIFT Department of Messina University (Italy) using a Q‐switched Nd:YAG laser operating at ...
