Workshop on Smart Urban Micromobility
2023Urban mobility is evolving towards sustainable transportation as awareness of the environmental impact of transportation increases. In addition, efforts to improve public health, are leading to a greater focus on micromobile means of urban transport, such as bicycles or scooters.

Transportation planning and technology (Print)
Bike and scooter shares are popular in many U.S. cities and are expected to supplement the local public transportation system by offering first- and last-mile connections, which can ultimately increase public transit ridership.

6G Communications in the Terahertz Band: The Impact of Near-Field Dynamics Under User Micromobility
IEEE Open Journal of the Communications SocietyThe Terahertz (THz) frequency band ( $0.1-3$ THz), which is anticipated to play a crucial role in 6G and future cellular systems, requires the deployment of massive antenna arrays that create highly directional radiation patterns.

Traffic Technology International, 2020
Regulators and traffic managers are struggling to keep up with new urban transport solutions, like e-scooters. James Gordon reports on the opportunities and challenges that they present, and asks how they might fit into Mobility as a Service (MaaS) models

Assessing the Benefits of Micromobility
2021In this paper, I examine the emission and congestion benefits attributable to fewer gasolinevehicle use due to the substitution to micromobility electric scooters. A discrete choice, randomutility framework is employed to estimate existing mode demand and then the mode demandof electrified scooters.
