1. Les auteurs decrivent une methode permettant, par centrifugation, d'essorer rapidement, sans les deteriorer, les organismes du micronecton en vue de pesees humides reproductibles. La vitesse de rotation correspondant a une acceleration centrifuge de 56 g est determinee comme eliminant l'eau interstitielle retenue par des billes de verre.
