A gauge-theoretical approach to elasticity with microrotations [PDF]
We formulate elasticity theory with microrotations using the framework of gauge theories, which has been developed and successfully applied in various areas of gravitation and cosmology. Following this approach, we demonstrate the existence of particle-like solutions.

On a micropolar theory of growing solids
The present paper is devoted to the problem of boundary conditions formulation in the growing micropolar solid mechanics. The static equations of the micropolar continuum in terms of relative tensors (pseudotensors) are derived due to virtual work ...

A Comparative Analysis of Master Casts Obtained using Different Surface Treatments on Impression Copings for Single Tooth Implant Replacement -An In vitro Study [PDF]
Introduction: Minor rotation of impression coping secured in the impression is an avoidable error that needs to be minimized to ensure precise positioning of implant analog in master cast.

On the Neuber theory of micropolar elasticity. A pseudotensor formulation
The present paper deals with a pseudotensor formulation of the Neuber theory of micropolar elasticity. The dynamic equations of the micropolar continuum in terms of relative tensors (pseudotensors) are presented and discussed.

Productivity of willow plantations microrotational on leached chernozem
The main advantage of plantation grown hardwoods compared to conifers, is their higher productiv-ity. In temperate climates of Europe, including Russia, of all the woody plants, the most productive poplar and willow. While the poplar is characterized by a selectivity for soil-hydrological conditions, under wil-low plantations can be used is unsuitable ...

Apparent Strain Localization and Shear Wave Dispersion in Elastic Fault Gouge with Microrotations [PDF]
Shear deformation of fault gouge or other particulate materials often results in observed strain localization, or more precisely, the localization of measured deformation gradients. In conventional elastic materials the strain localization cannot take place therefore this phenomenon is attributed to special types of non-elastic constitutive behaviour ...

Convective heat transfer in a micropolar fluid over an unsteady stretching surface
An unsteady boundary layer free convective flow and heat transfer of a viscous incompressible, microploar fluid over a vertical stretching sheet is investigated. The stretching velocity is assumed to vary linearly with the distance along the sheet.
