Toward Large Nonradiating Qubits: When Quantum Engineering Meets Photonics
Nonradiating superconducting qubits suppress radiative losses through photonic‐inspired mechanisms such as anapole states and bound states in the continuum (BICs). This review surveys theoretical foundations and recent implementations of large, wavelength‐scale qubits that confine electromagnetic energy while maintaining coherence.

Large‐Area Metallic Nanohelices for Engineering Optical Chirality
By exploiting the nanoscale engineering of residual stresses in metallic thin films, this method enables scalable fabrication of submicrometer metallic helices with tunable geometry and material versatility. The resulting structures exhibit pronounced chiroptical responses across the mid‐ to near‐infrared range, offering a robust platform for chiral ...

ABSTRACT Bovine leukemia virus (BLV) is widespread globally and causes economic losses in the cattle industry. Shandong Province plays a significant role in China's livestock industry, with an increasing importance in food of Holstein and Angus cattle. However, BLV prevalence in Holstein and Angus breeds in Shandong Province remains unclear.

Reconfigurable Metamirrors Based on Compliant Mechanisms
Providing the basis for numerous practical applications, the reconfigurability of metadevices is of great importance. Through the integration of controlled mechanical deformation with chiral meta‐atoms, a compliant mechanism based metamirror is demonstrated for active control over the polarization of electromagnetic waves.

Terahertz Waveform‐Selective Antenna Using a Patch Structure Loaded with Nonlinear Circuits
A waveform‐selective antenna that integrates the functions of waveform selectivity, electromagnetic shielding, and EM wave radiation has been proposed. By integrating different nonlinear circuits and selecting appropriate component values, the antenna can achieve high reflection of either a pulse wave or a continuous wave, while allowing the other ...
