Compact microstrip bandpass filter with sharp passband skirts using square spiral resonators and embedded-resonators [PDF]
The aim of this paper is to produce and develop a new four-pole microstrip bandpass filter (BPF) structure for high selectivity applications. The microstrip BPF is designed using Chebychev lowpass prototype with passband ripple of 0.05 dB and bandwidth ...

Efficient Calculation of the Green's Functions for Multilayered Shielded Cavities with Right Isosceles-Triangular Cross-Section [PDF]
An efficient calculation of the Green’s functions inside multilayered shielded cavities with right isosceles-triangular cross-section is presented. The method is entirely developed in the spatial domain, and it is based on image theory.

Toward Large Nonradiating Qubits: When Quantum Engineering Meets Photonics
Nonradiating superconducting qubits suppress radiative losses through photonic‐inspired mechanisms such as anapole states and bound states in the continuum (BICs). This review surveys theoretical foundations and recent implementations of large, wavelength‐scale qubits that confine electromagnetic energy while maintaining coherence.

Reconfigurable Metamirrors Based on Compliant Mechanisms
Providing the basis for numerous practical applications, the reconfigurability of metadevices is of great importance. Through the integration of controlled mechanical deformation with chiral meta‐atoms, a compliant mechanism based metamirror is demonstrated for active control over the polarization of electromagnetic waves.

Multiple Order Dual-Band Active Ring Filters with Composite Right/Left Handed Cells [PDF]
In this paper, a novel dual-band active filter topology is presented. The non-linear phase response of a composite right/left-handed cell is used to achieve the desired dual-band performance.
